ROBERT INGRAM MAXWELL
1932 - 2020
Bob was born on December 7, 1932 and passed away on March 29, 2020. A native of Arcadia, CA, he developed an interest in art early and excelled in four major sports. After serving on the Midway during the Korean War, he attended UCLA and earned a BA and MA in Ceramic arts. He began a successful manufacturing company and became a leading designer of landscape planters and artware. He taught art in high school where he met his future wife of 57 years, Gaye Lyn. He became an expert pilot and flew from city to city delivering work to accounts. He returned to teaching for twenty years at Ramona Convent and retired in 2012. They had three children and four grandchildren. A friend to many, he will be very missed.
