Contemporary Gallery
The Contemporary Gallery reflects some of the many creative items Robert Maxwell made during his years at Ramona Convent School and studio. During his tenure at Ramona he was able to create one of a kind art pieces based on his true artistic vision and unmatched technical skills, often within the context of inspiring creativity in his students. During this period Robert experimented with new textures and motifs, techniques and new glazes, as well as reprising some of his signature shapes and sculptured designs from the 1960's and 70's.

Robert's body of work from this period included large decorative platters with inlaid glass, large and small planters, large relief wall sculptures, decorative and sculpted bowls, a new line of Owls, animal sculptures and lamp bases. All of his pieces produced at Ramona were hand signed and dated by year from 1993 through 2012.
